We would like to invite recent or soon-to-be graduates to take part in our 2027 Graduate Program as Graduate Logistics and Supply Chain based the Laverton Steel Mill.

Real Work with Real Outcomes - Starting in January 2027, our program offers a two-year fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement. This immersive, hands-on program provides practical learning through hands-on experience and meaningful work.

• Participants will complete two 12-month rotational placements, gaining a comprehensive technical and commercial skills training blend.
• The program includes continuous coaching, mentorship, and formal training, allowing participants to rotate through diverse business units.
• This structure ensures a thorough understanding of operations and strategic initiatives, combining on-the-job learning with formal education.

Key Areas of Exposure:

• Enhance efficiency by improving supply chain processes.
• Gain practical experience in logistics management and planning.
• Collaborate on projects to improve operational performance.
• Engage in various tasks to understand interconnected operations.

About your experience

We are seeking adaptable, motivated individuals who demonstrate:

• A strong foundation in Logistics and Supply Chain
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn
• A proactive approach to learning, teamwork, and safety
• A commitment to driving continuous improvement and making meaningful contributions to the business.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A genuine passion for Logistics and Supply Chain within the operational context of steel manufacturing and distribution.
• Australian/NZ citizenship or a visa granting unlimited working rights.
• Completion of an Australian tertiary degree within the past three years (or set to conclude in 2026).
• Less than two years of full-time, discipline-specific work experience.
