The Job:

HOYTS are looking for LUX Crew Members to leave a lasting impression on our guests. We need dedicated and hardworking employees committed to delivering a luxury customer experience. This is a part-time role in our Cinema Operations Team. As the face of HOYTS, on any given day, you could be:

• Greeting and seating guests with a big smile and sharing your love for cinema

• Processing tickets and purchases through the till

• Serving delicious food & beverages

• Ensuring the site is “spick and span”.

• Crew Members are employed on a permanent part-time basis, giving you the opportunity to really own your role and build long-lasting connections. As a part-time team member, you’ll have guaranteed minimum hours and access to paid leave entitlements. A standard shift is generally a minimum of 4 hours, and you’ll be rostered for at least 8 hours per week. Your agreed part-time hours will always be scheduled within your stated availability, and rosters are released each Friday in Australia, for the week commencing the following Thursday.

To note:

• Your position is classified under the Broadcasting, Recorded Entertainment and Cinemas Award as a Cinema Worker Level 2. Your hourly pay rate is based on this classification and varies by age

• Please note that candidates must have valid working rights in Australia to be considered
