We're looking for an Operations Manager and Stock Controllers (part-time) to keep the flagship's inventory accurate, organised and running seamlessly behind the scenes, so the wider team can focus on delivering world-class customer experiences on the floor.

We're seeking to appoint a full-time Operations Manager and part-time Stock Controllers, all driven by a passion for accuracy, organisation and operational excellence, to make a real difference across one of the brand's flagship locations.
The Operations Manager
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll own inventory accuracy, stockroom efficiency and operational excellence across the flagship, partnering closely with the Assistant Store Manager to keep operations running at flagship standard.
Our ideal candidate:
- Demonstrated experience in retail operations, inventory management or stock control leadership
- Strong understanding of inventory systems, RFID processes and operational reporting
- Analytical and organised, with a track record of improving inventory accuracy and stockroom productivity
- Confident leading and developing a team of Stock Controllers and wider store team members across a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Comfortable managing competing operational priorities across multiple levels of a large-format store
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Own inventory accuracy, integrity and productivity across all stock locations within the store
- Lead all receiving, transfer, return and stock movement processes, ensuring inventory is processed accurately and within required timelines
- Manage RFID execution, compliance and reporting, implementing corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy
- Lead cycle counts, inventory audits and stocktakes to achieve accuracy targets and support audit readiness
- Drive stockroom productivity through effective organisation, planning and execution across the store's multiple levels
- Recruit, train and develop Stock Controllers and team members responsible for operational activities
- Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to optimise inventory allocation and support commercial objectives
- Ensure inventory readiness and stock availability to support promotional events, product launches and peak trading periods
- Maintain a safe, organised and efficient stockroom and back-of-house environment that reflects company standards
- Coordinate with Distribution Centres and support functions to resolve shipment discrepancies and maintain efficient inventory flow
The Stock Controller (PPT) Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in keeping the store's inventory accurate, organised and accessible. We currently have two part-time positions available, one at 12 hours per week and one at 28 hours per week. Please indicate your availability and preference when applying.
Our ideal candidate:
- Experience in retail stock handling, inventory or warehouse environments
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment across multiple levels of a large-format store
- A team player who takes pride in supporting the wider store to perform at its best
- Physically capable of stock handling duties, including lifting, unpacking and moving merchandise
Key responsibilities include: - Support the Operations Manager with receiving, transferring and processing stock accurately and within required timelines
- Assist with RFID execution, cycle counts, stocktakes and inventory investigations
- Maintain an organised, safe and efficient stockroom and back-of-house environment
- Support replenishment and stock availability across the store's multiple levels to meet customer demand
- Assist with stock movement, transfers and returns in line with company procedures
- Support the Operations Manager and wider team during promotional events, product launches and peak trading periods
- Comply with store security, safety, and loss prevention programs
- Assist with general housekeeping and presentation standards in stock and back-of-house areas
