What your day could look like

As a Senior Physiotherapist, you'll be a trusted clinical leader who helps people regain independence, confidence and quality of life. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll deliver advanced care, support service improvement and help build a strong culture of learning that benefits patients, colleagues and the wider community.

Every day, you'll contribute by:

• Delivering expert physiotherapy care for patients with complex needs, helping them achieve safer recoveries and better long-term outcomes.
• Collaborating with health professionals, patients and families to create coordinated, person-centred care plans that make a real difference.
• Identifying opportunities to improve services, leading initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency and patient experience.
• Coaching and mentoring emerging clinicians and students, helping grow capability across the team and future workforce.

You're an experienced physiotherapist who combines clinical expertise with genuine compassion. You enjoy solving complex challenges, building trusted relationships and helping others succeed. Whether you're supporting a patient through recovery, guiding a colleague or improving a service, you focus on creating positive outcomes that last. You're motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to your community while continuing to grow as a leader.

Here's what will help you thrive in this role:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist and a recognised Physiotherapy qualification.
• Strong experience managing complex inpatient or hospital-based caseloads.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to service improvement, supervision or clinical leadership activities.

You'll stand out from the crowd if you have experience working in rural or regional healthcare and/or a strong background in mentoring, education or quality improvement.

Above all, you'll bring compassion, integrity, dignity, innovation and courage to everything you do.
