Do you enjoy working with people and want a career where your effort determines what you earn? We are currently seeking Sales Consultants to join our Kia and Isuzu UTE New Vehicle Department at Brookvale.

Responsibilities:

•    Greet and assist customers in the showroom in a friendly and professional manner

•    Handle phone and online enquiries promptly and professionally

•    Understand what a customer is after and help them find the right car for their needs, budget and lifestyle

•    Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

•    Negotiate pricing and introduce customers to our Business Managers for finance and protection options

•    Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build long lasting relationships

•    Keep customer records and follow up activity up to date in our CRM

•    Build and maintain expert product knowledge across Kia and Isuzu UTE

•    Know the competitor products your customers are cross shopping

•    Other duties reasonably required as part of your role and the day to day operation of the department

Requirements:

•    A positive attitude and a real desire to give customers a great experience

•    Organised, self motivated and driven by targets

•    Enjoys working as part of a team

•    Good communication skills

•    Well presented

•    Flexible availability across weekdays and Saturdays. We are closed Sundays

•    Current NSW driver’s licence

•    Full working rights in Australia

We offer a retainer plus uncapped commission with an OTE of $120,000 plus, a vehicle allowance on completion of probation, ongoing training and development and a supportive team environment.
