MoooGoo Sampling Coordinator – VIC (Maternity Leave Contract)

About the role

MooGoo, a trusted natural skincare brand, is looking for an enthusiastic Sampling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will introduce medical practitioners and skincare professionals to our carefully formulated products by providing samples and sharing key product knowledge. Your efforts will help build lasting relationships and increase awareness of MooGoo's gentle, effective skincare solutions.
This position is a 12-month secondment to cover a maternity leave and is not a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular in person visits to medical clinics, family focused practices, and skin focused centres to introduce sampling initiatives

• Take ownership of lead generation by actively identifying, cultivating, and maintaining your own pipeline of potential accounts

• Sign up new accounts to the sample subscription program and provide relevant product materials

• Deliver clear, engaging education on product usage, ingredients, and our brand ethos

• Maintain a consistent territory visit schedule and accurately log feedback, insights, and lead activity using company tools

• Collaborate with the Sampling Manager on territory planning and lead tracking

• Stay up to date with ongoing training, new product information, and industry trends

About you

• Australian Driver's License and access to your own reliable vehicle

• Passion for natural skincare and knowledge of sensitive skin and common skin concerns

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to educate medical practitioners and skincare professionals

• Outgoing and confident personality with motivation to promote a trusted skincare brand

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships

• Well organised to track sample distribution and feedback

• Understanding of MooGoo's product range and key benefits

• Professional demeanour suitable for interaction with healthcare providers

• Familiarity with skincare or medical environments is advantageous
