About the role
Position Overview: City Seal Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Associate / Construction
Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate construction and
joint-sealing activities across project sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within project
requirements and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate site activities, tradespeople and subcontractors.
Review and interpret construction plans, drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Plan and monitor project progress, site activities, materials and work schedules.
Coordinate specialised joint-sealing, waterproofing, caulking and remedial works in
accordance with project specifications.
Conduct site inspections and monitor quality, WHS and compliance requirements.
Liaise with clients, builders, contractors and other project stakeholders to ensure project
requirements are met.
Coordinate site mobilisation, materials and resources required for project delivery.
Identify and resolve site and construction issues to minimise delays and maintain project
quality.
Maintain relevant project, site and compliance documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or similar role within the construction
industry.
Relevant Diploma or higher qualification.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, site operations and safety
requirements.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings and specifications.
Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
Ability to coordinate workers, subcontractors, materials and multiple site requirements.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Current driver licence.
