What We’re Looking For

We are looking for down to earth, hands on, go-getter, Retail Team Members / Tour Guides to join our team in Perth. Your days will encompass driving customer relationships and strong retail sales working across our various showrooms; Cottesloe, Hillarys, Subiaco and Elizabeth Quay. This position includes conducting tour experiences for small to medium sized groups.

Willie Creek Pearls operates 7 days a week, so this position involves regular weekend work, as well as the occasional after hours for events/evenings.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Retail Team Members to join our Perth team who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, delivering memorable customer experiences and achieving outstanding sales results.

You will become a trusted ambassador for the Willie Creek Pearls brand, developing an intimate knowledge of our Australian South Sea Pearl jewellery collections and have the ability to confidently guide customers through their purchasing journey.

Willie Creek Pearls operates seven days a week, so this position involves regular weekend work, as well as occasional evening work for special events and promotions.

What you bring

Reporting directly to the Perth Retail & Tourism Manager you will be required to be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in jewellery /retail sales

• A high competency level with computers and numerical skills

• Well-developed people skills with a strong level of written and verbal communication

• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team

• National Police Clearance or the availability to obtain if required
