Located in Hazelmere, the purpose of this position is to provide warehouse administrative support to the daily operations of a large company. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to assist and encourage the use of Company processes and procedures including Quality systems and risk management framework to ensure major operational standards are effective, efficient and in accordance with our client's way.

Responsibilities

Uphold and lead by the organisational Mission statement, company objectives and promote this to all staff under your supervisionBookings and Scheduling of serviceMaintenance system administrationReceiving and receipting of goodsProvide admin support to the vehicle serving departmentInventory management including ordering and documenting suppliesGenerating work ordersDVR updatesPart ordering and inventory controlRespond and assist with any queries relating to responsibilitiesProvide support to reporting manager

Qualifications And Skills Required

Previous experience in warehousing, workshops or service centres and advantageAbility to build effective relationships, internally and externallySelf-managed, motivated, and energeticComputer skills desirable: ability to use the computer for transport related systems and Microsoft applications such as Office 365, Excel & Word
