Extreme Fire Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Sprinkler Fitter to join our growing team based in Castle Hill, Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified professional looking to further develop their expertise across a diverse range of fire protection systems. The successful applicant will work on live water-based fire protection systems, gaining exposure to installation, maintenance, repairs, alterations, testing, commissioning, and compliance works across a variety of commercial and industrial environments.

The Role

Based from our Castle Hill office, you will service clients throughout metropolitan and regional New South Wales.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installation, maintenance and repair of water-based fire sprinkler systems

• Inspection, testing and commissioning of fire protection systems

• Shop defits, tenancy modifications and sprinkler alterations

• Fault finding and rectification works

• Working on live wet fire systems and associated interfaces

• Ensuring compliance with relevant Australian Standards and regulatory requirements

• Completing service documentation and reporting

• Providing high-quality customer service and maintaining professional client relationships

This position offers a wide variety of work and would suit a motivated individual who can work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

Occasional regional NSW travel will be required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• A current licence to carry out work on water-based fire protection systems

• Demonstrated experience in sprinkler fitting, service and maintenance

• Strong knowledge of wet fire sprinkler systems and associated equipment

• Commitment to delivering quality workmanship and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Professional presentation and a strong work ethic

• Current Australian Driver's Licence

• Current Working with Children Check

• Current Police Check, or willingness to obtain one

• Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

• Australian working rights

Desirable

• Experience with inspections and testing in accordance with Australian Standards

• Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, education or government facilities

• Additional fire protection industry qualifications or licences
