This is a hands-on generalist HR role, with a strong focus on employee relations, performance and conduct matters, policy and employment advice, compliance and supporting leaders through day-to-day people challenges.
You will work closely with our People & Culture Business Partners and People Services team to ensure matters are managed fairly, consistently and with the right level of support and escalation.
You wil also support key People & Culture processes including performance reviews, remuneration activities, return-to-work, visa and work-rights compliance, people-related change and broader P&C initiatives.
