We're looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Team Members (Picker/Packers) to join our busy Laverton Distribution Centre.

As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our permanent workforce and seeking team members who are committed to building a long-term career in warehousing and logistics.

These are permanent full-time opportunities offering stability, training and the chance to work within a safe and supportive team environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing customer orders

• RF scanning and inventory processing

• Pallet wrapping and dispatch preparation

• Loading and unloading stock

• General warehouse housekeeping

• Following safety and quality procedures

• Working collaboratively to meet daily productivity targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse, pick packing or distribution centre experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

• Commitment to workplace safety

• Ability to perform manual handling tasks

• Flexibility to work across rostered shifts

Preferred Availability

We are particularly interested in candidates available to work:

Thursday to Monday rosters including weekend shifts

(Flexibility across shift patterns will be highly regarded).
