We are seeking a service-centric and luxury-minded professional to join our team as Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to lead our dual venue, Lobby Bar and Palm Court.

What You'll Do?

As Food & Beverage Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and organisation of our luxurious and busy hotel Lobby Bar and Palm Court.  Your key accountabilities will include ensuring guest experience and loyalty, overseeing F&B quality, engaging and supporting colleagues, and driving profitability and productivity as well as helping us shape unforgettable experiences through your hands on, personal and innovative creativity in the Bar Outlet.

You will manage the overall functions of the Lobby Bar and Palm Court, ensure efficient operations, maintain high standards of service, and implement strategies for revenue generation and cost minimisation.  Take the opportunity to design seasonal cocktails and pairings, share the bar program and deliver great guest experiences.

What You'll Bring?

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar role, and a strong background in mixology and bar operations.

• Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality;
• Creativity and innovative bar experience and ideas;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a passion for developing and motivating staff;
• Tertiary qualifications in Hotel/Hospitality/Business or similar advantageous;
• Responsible Service of Alcohol required, with RMLV highly regarded;
• Australian work rights.
