Sales Support

Real Estate Services by Mirvac is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised and motivated Sales Support to join our Docklands office, located on the beautiful Yarra River waterfront at 62 River Esplanade.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside two experienced and successful Sales Agents, providing essential support across all aspects of the sales process.

Within the role as Sales Support, you are a key member of our sales team ensuring our properties are presented professionally and brought to market efficiently.

You will work closely with our Sales Agents, clients, marketing suppliers and broader administration team to provide seamless support throughout the sales campaign.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating property marketing campaigns

• Preparing properties for market launch

• Managing online advertising and property listings

• Booking photography, floorplans, styling and signage

• Preparing marketing materials and brochures

• Coordinating and booking open for inspections

• Preparing agency documentation and sales paperwork

• Updating CRM systems (Agent Box) and maintaining accurate records

• Assisting with contract preparation and sale administration

• Supporting agents with diary management and appointment scheduling
