Employees have access to local Education Managers, central operational support, shared professional resources, and opportunities to collaborate with teachers and educators across our services. Our range of services also creates pathways for employees to develop their practice, take on leadership responsibilities, experience different early childhood settings, and build a long-term career with NERPSA.
Child safety is central to how we recruit, induct, support and supervise employees and how our services operate each day. Every NERPSA employee is expected to uphold children’s rights, listen and respond to children, maintain safe professional practice and contribute to a culture in which concerns are recognised, reported, and acted upon.
NERPSA values the knowledge, cultures, experiences and identities that children, families and employees bring to our services. We are committed to inclusive practice and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, cultures, identities and abilities.
