Role: Hotel Manager Positions - Executive Assistant Manager and Operations Manager Salary: $79,400 to $120,000 annually Location: Far North Queensland Contract: Permanent Full-Time Employer: Mantra Hospitality Admin Pty Ltd Date Posted: 04 August 2026 Applications Close: 01 September 2026   As our next Executive Assistant Manager, you will: Lead by example, collaborating closely with the Area General Manager and departmental leaders to efficiently manage operational needs Engage in forward planning and strategic thinking for future success to ensure profitable operation across all departments Set performance benchmarks and define expectations across departments to continuously enhance and uphold service standards Implement and maintain safety protocols and security measures with guests, staff, and property in mind Address and find solutions to operational, departmental and guest challenges Provide mentorship and guidance to empower teams in developing their own expertise and personal growth  As our next Operations Manager, you will: Lead by example, collaborating closely with the General Manager and departmental leaders to efficiently manage operational needs Engage in forward planning and strategic thinking for future success to ensure profitable operation across all departments Set performance benchmarks and define expectations across departments to continuously enhance and uphold service standards Implement and maintain safety protocols and security measures with guests, staff, and property in mind Address and find solutions to operational issues and challenges Provide mentorship and guidance to empower teams in developing their own expertise and personal growth Qualifications & Experience (Applicable to All Roles): Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Front Office Operations, marked by a vibrant track record of assuming leadership roles as a Team Leader or Supervisor Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems is a plus Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, fuelled by epic organisational and time management skills Masterful in the art of both the written and spoken communication Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
