About the role

Alpha Landscape Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Horticultural Labourer to join our dedicated team in Epping, VIC. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering high-quality landscaping and horticultural services to our valued clients. As a Horticulture Labourer, you will be instrumental in maintaining and developing outdoor spaces, Your work will support the broader operations of our landscape projects and help establish Alpha Landscape Group Pty Ltd as a leader in quality horticultural services.

• What you'll be doing

  Working between our Maintenance and Construction team.

• In Maintenance, roles will range from helping with the mowing to estates and garden and tree maintenance.

• In Construction , roles will be working with the team to help build landscape projects from Streetscapes, Wetlands and Parks and Reserves.

What we're looking for

• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour in outdoor conditions for extended periods

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, horticulture or related outdoor work

• Proficiency in operating hand tools and basic landscaping equipment

• A current driver's licence and reliable transport

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
