Window Assembly Technician

The hours of work are 7:30am -3:30pm Monday to Friday, some overtime available. 

Job Summary:

The Window Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling various types of windows, ensuring quality standards are met and production timelines are adhered to. This role requires a keen eye for detail, technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

- Assemble window frames, sashes, and other components using hand tools and machinery.

- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications.

- Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment.

- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

-Operate cutting and assembly machinery to fabricate window components.

- Measure and cut materials according to specifications.

- Ensure materials are handled and stored properly to prevent damage.

- Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process.

- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

- Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a close knit team

These positions require physical stamina, as they involve standing for long periods, lifting materials, and working in a production environment.
