Receive & Dispatch Clerk 5X4

We are looking for a Receive & Dispatch clerk across two positions to join our team in Archerfield, QLD. Supporting the team and processing inbound and outbound paperwork, raising pallet dockets, completing bookings and updating all information in our transport management system.

Positions available:

5 x 4 Roster

Monday - Friday PM Shift

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills – both internal and external

• Good time management

• Microsoft outlook & excel competent

• Great attention to detail skills

• Jaix system knowledge highly regarded but not a must as training will be provided

• Can work in a team environment but also autonomously

• Prior logistics experience preferred but not essential

Role Responsibilities will include:

• Processing of all inbound and outbound paperwork through our Brisbane depot

• Raising of pallet dockets in 2IC

• Debriefing of delivery paperwork and pallet dockets daily

• Checking of pallets against drivers run sheets and delivery documentation

• Scanning – i.e. delivery documentation, drivers run sheets

• Updating booking details in our transport management system daily

• Daily manifesting as required in our transport management system

• Adhoc tasks as requested across the administration team.
