About The Role

Based in our flagship showroom, you’ll showcase a diverse product range to builders, developers, trades and residential customers. This is a consultative sales role were building rapport and delivering exceptional service is key.

Your Day-to-day Will Include

Greeting and assisting trade and retail customers in the showroomManaging enquiries via phone, email and walk-insPreparing quotes, processing orders and following up on leadsMaintaining showroom presentation and displaysProviding technical advice and tailored solutionsSupporting the external sales team

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives on customer service and can work independently. You’ll have:

Strong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work autonomously and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent organisational and administrative skillsFlexibility to work Monday–Friday (8:00–4:00 or 8:30–4:30)Willingness to travel to Yatala for initial trainingHelpful (but not essential): showroom or window experience, ability to read plans
