AVADA Traffic is a leading traffic management operator and ancillary service provider with an established and extensive network of companies throughout Australia and New Zealand. AVADA Traffic provides services to government clients and major contractors in the civil infrastructure and maintenance sector.

Role Purpose
The Rosterer position works within a team environment, however, must have the ability to work autonomously when required. This team is primarily responsible for the delivery of accurate and efficient rosters that focus on matching client bookings with applicable personnel and equipment. You will work closely with the State Manager, Regional Manager, and Supervisors over a large geographical area covering the Brisbane Metro region.
This is a very fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. All rostering is conducted in real-time and does include a high volume of emergency bookings and incoming phone calls.
Working hours will be on a roster between the hours of 5:30am and 8pm. The position will be based from our Virginia depot.
Key Accountabilities
Taking client bookings and enquiries via telephone and email.
Allocating of personnel and equipment to job bookings.
Provide notification to all parties via our in-house rostering system.
Ensure rostering compliance to company policies and procedures relating to client requirements, licencing obligations, training, and fatigue management.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding rostering related matters.
Managing uniform orders and client inductions for staff.
Providing administrative support as required.
Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate:
Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls.
Ability to input information into software systems in conjunction with customer interactions.
Exceptional communication and planning skills, with the ability to problem-solve.
High attention to detail and strong written skills.
Excellent verbal communication a positive attitude.
Sound general administrative skills and computer literacy.
Enjoys challenging environments and can meet tight deadlines.
Experience working within a complex, fast-paced environment in a rostering and/or administration capacity.
Note: Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol testing is a requirement for the successful candidate.
