What you'll be doing 
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will deliver safe, effective and evidence-based nursing care to patients with a broad range of acute and complex healthcare needs. Working closely with the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to positive patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of professional practice.

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centred emergency nursing care within your scope of practice.

• Assess, monitor and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions in a complex clinical environment.

• Collaborate with medical, nursing and allied health teams to achieve the best outcomes for patients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with NSW Health policies and professional standards.

• Support a culture of continuous learning through professional development, education and mentoring opportunities.

Essential Criteria

• Registration: Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
