We are looking for a sharp, level-headed Front of House Venue Manager who thrives in a vibrant environment, loves the energy of a full room, and takes pride in running an exceptional floor.

This position is all about service excellence. You will be the anchor on the floor during peak trading, driving tempo, supporting the team, and maintaining high standards when the pressure is on.

It is a role designed for a true hospitality professional - allowing you to focus on floor leadership, team direction, and guest experience without getting bogged down in heavy back-office admin.

• Floor Leadership: Command the floor during busy services, ensuring smooth flow, high energy, and consistent quality across every table.

• Pace & Standard Control: Keep service moving effortlessly during peak trade while upholding strict standards of presentation and hospitality.

• Team Guidance: Lead by example, keeping the casual floor team organized, calm, and proactive under pressure.

• Guest Experience: Act as the face of the venue, managing guest rapport and handling fast-paced service with total composure.

• High-Volume Expertise: Solid background running fast-paced, high-end or high-turnover FOH service.

• Composure & Drive: A cool, level-headed professional who stays focused when the venue is pumping and leads from the front.

• Stability: We want someone looking to put down roots or commit long-term - minimum 12-month commitment required (not suitable for short-term WHV/88-day stays).

• Pure Hospitality Scope: Direct your energy into floor performance and guest experience - no complex rostering or endless admin duty.

• Balanced Roster: Full-time salary built on a 38-hour average workweek (roster specifics discussed in person).
