Restaurant Supervisor - Modo Mio

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team and help maintain the high standards of service and excellence that our guests have come to expect.

As a Restaurant Supervisor at Modo Mio, you will play a key role in leading front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and creating memorable dining experiences for every guest. You will support daily venue operations, provide guidance and leadership to team members, and work closely with management to uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality.

In this role, you’ll provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Co-ordination of day-to-day restaurant operations
• Providing operational support across the venue
• Leading, coaching and motivating team members to deliver outstanding service
• Maintaining exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction

About you

You’ll bring the following:

• Previous supervisory experience in a premium restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment
• Full availability with the willingness to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
• Strong communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A natural leadership style with a focus on team engagement and development
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A passion for Italian cuisine, wine, and hospitality is highly desirable

To be successful, you'll:

• Hold a current RSA certificate
• Hold an Unrestricted Approved Manager's Licence
• Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Have the ability to build positive relationships with guests and team members alike

This role requires:

• Leadership or supervisory experience within a customer-focused hospitality environment
• Experience effectively leading and developing large teams
• A hands-on approach to service and operations
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment
