About the role
VM Coordinator – CONNOR | Lead. Inspire. Grow.
This position is responsible for coordinating Visual Merchandising (VM) activities and supporting the execution of the strategic vision set by Head Office. The role ensures VM direction is clearly communicated and implemented to a high standard across all Connor stores.
Reporting to the VM Manager, this role will be split between head office and store visits.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support the VM Manager in preparing and communicating seasonal VM direction, including sale launches.
Coordinate the execution of promotional activity across all stores.
Assist in developing mannequin styling and outfitting guidelines.
Manage VM allocations and master distribution lists for marketing and signage.
Coordinate signage production and distribution, ensuring deadlines are met end-to-end (brand, supplier, and stores).
Work with retail teams and suppliers to manage costs effectively.
Support VM initiatives and seasonal launches, including photographing setups and preparing guidelines.
Maintain and update VM documentation on the company intranet.
Communicate product deliveries to stores in line with VM and product direction.
Build strong relationships with Head Office and retail teams.
Gather store feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
About You
A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a multi-site retail visual merchandising role.
Team, Customer and product focused.
Highly collaborative with a proactive mindset.

Builds positive, win-win relationships.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Commercial awareness and understanding of retail environments.
Proactive, self-motivated, and solution-focused.
Ability to influence and support store teams.
Flexible availability, including occasional evenings, weekends, and NSW travel and a valid driver’s license.
