Requirements

How you´ll help us:

As a Operations Coordinator:

Coordinate daily logistics operations, including sheduling deliveries, managing shipments, and tracking inventory movementsLiaise with suppliers, installers, contractors, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely execution of operational activitiesMonitor and maintain stock levels, equipment allocation, and inventory records to support business operationsManage job shceduling and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and service deliveryPrepare, maintain, and update operational documentation, reports, records, and databasesSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of operational processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Track and report key operational metrics, identifying issues and escalating risks where requiredManage office administration functions, including office supplies, facilities coordination, and internal communicationMaintain accurate records with CRM, ERP, and other business management systemsEnsure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and regulatory obligationsSupport cross-functional collaboration between operations, technical support, and finance teamsHandle general operational inquiries and provide timely resolutions to internal and external stakeholdersIdentify oppoetunities to improve effficiency, reduce operational bottlenecks, and enhance customer satisfaction
