Undertake site inspections and gathers base information on road environment, traffic and road safety observation, parking inventories and facilities etc.Analyse traffic and parking data using Excel (demand forecasts) and SIDRA modelling.Assist in delivering a variety of transport planning projects
Assist with preparation of transport planning and multi-disciplinary proposals and feasibility studies
Attend project meetings with project team and client/technical stakeholders
Collaborate with multi-discipline teams and work with an energetic and motivated team of professionals in a supportive and encouraging environment
Assess and provide solutions-focused design advice for transport infrastructure and operations, including pedestrian pathways, cycling and end-of-trip facilities, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/Town/Urban Planning or related discipline
Have a demonstrated interest in the transport industry
Enjoy working as part of a team
Passion for learning and problem-solving
Australian Citizen, PR or NZ Citizen.Currently in final year of degree or 1-2 years post-graduation
