The organization values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to positively impact outcomes for students and the wider community.Role Description The Head of Campus is a full-time, on-site leadership role located in Carbrook, QLD. This position is responsible for the overall management of the campus, including overseeing day-to-day operations, staff supervision, and the implementation of educational programs. The Head of Campus will lead and support teaching and support teams, foster a safe and inclusive campus culture, and ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards. Typical responsibilities include strategic planning, enrollment and community engagement, budgeting oversight, and monitoring student outcomes to drive continuous improvement. The role also involves building strong relationships with families, external partners, and the broader community to enhance the campus’s reputation and effectiveness.Qualifications Proven leadership and people management skills within an education or community-focused environment.Experience in campus, school, or program administration, including operations, scheduling, and resource allocation.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with staff, students, families, and external stakeholders.Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making in a dynamic setting.Knowledge of relevant education standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in student wellbeing and safety.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are desirable.Experience working in Queensland education or community services settings is an advantage.Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and the ability to support diverse learners and staff.
