An opportunity has arisen for an experienced operational leader to oversee a portfolio of sites across Victoria. Reporting to a senior executive, you will be responsible for translating organisational strategy into clear regional priorities, driving operational and financial performance, supporting sustainable growth, and leading the implementation of initiatives that improve both customer and employee experiences.
A key focus of the role will be fostering a high-performing and engaged workforce. Leading a team of operational managers, you will build capability, strengthen accountability, and create a culture that supports collaboration, continuous improvement, and strong service delivery. You will also ensure appropriate workforce planning, resource allocation, and talent strategies are in place to support ongoing business needs.
Commercially minded and outcomes-focused, you will identify opportunities to improve performance, optimise processes, and leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making. You will champion change initiatives, support the adoption of new technologies and systems, and ensure operational standards, governance, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved across the portfolio.
The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience leading multi-site operations within a complex, human service and customer-facing environment. Strong people leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities will be essential, along with sound commercial acumen and the ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
