Who are we looking for?

We're actively working with one of our law firm clients for an Insolvency Lawyer to join us and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment.

This assignment will see you manage a varied portfolio of commercial debt recovery, commercial litigation, and insolvency matters, while providing strategic legal advice to businesses, financial institutions, and insolvency practitioners. This is a full-time assignment which initially runs for 3 months, with the potential to be extended.

To Join Us, You Will

Have at least 5 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)Be experienced in commercial debt collection, commercial litigation, insolvency and all associated regulatory requirementsHave strong court advocacy skills and confidence running contested matters in NSW and Federal jurisdictionsHave a practical, solution-focused approach to resolving disputes for businesses.
