About Rebuild Physio
Rebuild Physio is a growing physiotherapy clinic in the heart of Glenelg, focused on helping people get back to doing the things they love.
We work with a broad and active caseload, ranging from everyday musculoskeletal presentations and post-operative rehabilitation through to gym-goers, runners and athletes returning to sport.
Our approach combines high-quality physiotherapy, strength and rehabilitation, and clear patient education. We want our patients to understand their injury, have a clear plan forward and ultimately feel confident getting back to the activities that matter to them.
We’ve recently moved into our new Glenelg clinic, featuring private treatment rooms, a dedicated rehabilitation space and reformer Pilates equipment.
As the clinic continues to grow, we’re looking for another physiotherapist to join our team.
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated physiotherapist who takes pride in their work, enjoys working with people and wants to continue developing as a clinician.
You’ll manage a varied musculoskeletal caseload while working alongside a supportive team of physiotherapists and administration staff.
The position can be shaped around the right person, with the opportunity to build your caseload and develop your role as Rebuild continues to grow.
Remuneration
Competitive salary + super + performance-based commission.
Remuneration will be based on experience, with additional earning potential through our commission structure as your caseload develops.
The Role Includes
* Assessment and treatment of a broad musculoskeletal caseload* Exercise-based rehabilitation and strength programming* Manual therapy where clinically appropriate* Post-operative rehabilitation* Return-to-sport and return-to-activity rehabilitation* Developing clear and individualised treatment plans* Providing patients with education and strategies for long-term self-management* Working collaboratively with the wider Rebuild team* Participating in ongoing professional development and clinical discussions
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from someone who:
* Holds a recognised Physiotherapy qualification and current AHPRA registration* Has strong communication and interpersonal skills* Enjoys musculoskeletal physiotherapy and exercise-based rehabilitation* Genuinely cares about their patients and takes pride in achieving good outcomes* Is motivated to learn and continue developing clinically* Is reliable, organised and takes ownership of their responsibilities* Enjoys being part of a team and contributing to a positive clinic environment* Has an interest in strength, exercise, sport or active lifestyles
