Primarily based at our Upper Mount Gravatt practice, this role will also involve occasional travel between our Southside locations as required.

As our Treatment Coordinator, you’ll be an important part of the patient journey. You’ll be the welcoming face and guiding voice for new patients and families, helping them feel comfortable, informed, and excited about their orthodontic journey.

Working closely with our Orthodontists and clinical teams, you will:

• Welcome and guide patients through their initial consultation journey

• Present personalised treatment plans with confidence, warmth and clarity

• Explain treatment and payment options in a simple, supportive way

• Build genuine rapport with patients and their families

• Help nervous patients feel comfortable and confident

• Create a warm, professional and positive patient experience

• Work collaboratively with our wider team to ensure every patient feels cared for
