Finance Manager

The Financial Manager's role encompasses

• Financial Leadership and Strategy

About You

• Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centered service delivery. 

• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, finance and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to lead with empathy, integrity, and a commitment to social impact. 

Essential Qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline. 

• CPA Australia or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification. 

Essential Experience 

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a senior finance leadership role. 

• Experience managing budgets exceeding $10 million. 

• Experience within the disability, community services, health, aged care, or not-for-profit sector. 

• Demonstrated experience leading finance teams. 

• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
