About the role
SDN Kingsford centre is looking for a confident and proactive Diploma-qualified Senior Educator to join our team on a permanent full-time basis, working 38 hours per week across five days. Initially, this role will initially provide flexible support across all rooms, including programming support, lunch cover and assistance with daily operations, with the potential to transition into a permanent room which will be the 3-5 years pre-school room with fixed shifts.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Educator who enjoys variety, takes initiative and builds strong relationships across the centre. Working alongside a fun, collaborative and supportive team, you will help deliver high-quality early learning experiences and create safe, inclusive and engaging environments where children and families feel valued, connected and supported.

Located close to UNSW, SDN Kingsford provides high-quality early learning and preschool programs for up to 48 children each day.
Spread across two houses, four levels and three outdoor learning environments, the centre offers diverse spaces designed to inspire curiosity, exploration and play. Our qualified Early Childhood Teachers and Educators deliver engaging, child-centred experiences that respond to children’s interests, strengths and emerging skills.
