WSP’s Building Services team in Melbourne is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a well-established and highly collaborative team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and deliver mechanical design across a diverse portfolio of projects, including major commercial developments, infrastructure, and emerging sectors such as data centres.

The role

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you’ll take ownership of project delivery while supporting the development of junior engineers and contributing to client relationships.

You’ll Be Involved In

Leading mechanical design for HVAC and building systemsManaging projects from concept through to deliveryCoordinating with multidisciplinary teams across Property & BuildingsEngaging with clients and stakeholders to drive project outcomesMentoring and supporting engineers within the team

About You

Mechanical Engineering degree (or equivalent)Strong experience within building services consultancyProven capability in HVAC design and relevant Australian standardsAbility to manage projects and communicate confidently with clientsA collaborative approach and interest in mentoring others
