About the role
Kimberley College is an independent, co-educational, and non-denominational, Prep to Year 12 school nestled in a picturesque, semi-rural setting in Carbrook.
Kimberley College is seeking to appoint a passionate and experienced Risk and Compliance Officer to work collaboratively with all areas of the College’s community to ensure all risk and compliance related activities are well communicated and well supported. The role will also include assisting the Chief Financial Officer in the running of the College’s trade operations.
A personable approach will be backed by highly professional administrative and communication skills, motivated by the desire to ensure processes are delivered to a very high standard.
Key Skills and Personal Attributes to be Successful in this Role
· Significant experience in a risk advisor or risk management role
· Experience in rolling out governance, compliance and risk systems including associated software
· Relational person with an ability to work with and influence a broad range of stakeholders
· Ability to see the big picture and get into the detail
· Excellent change management and negotiation skills
· Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
· Excellent organisational and project management skills
· Professional and personal integrity
· A background in a school or education environment would be highly regarded.
