As part of the Tony White Group, Trinity Auto Group are the largest automotive dealer group in Tropical Cairns – North Queensland, with the strong appeal of thirteen new vehicle brands and two used vehicles sales yards.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We require a passionate and dedicated administration professionals who can add value and support to our service department administration team.

The successful candidate will be mature minded and process driven, have the ability to work autonomously, while also being part of our great work environment.

You will have previous experience dealing with the public and a desire to take on new tasks and learn and conquer our IT systems with enthusiasm.

Previous experience in administration is required; additionally motor dealership experience would be highly regarded.

Experienced Service Advisors or receptionists, schedulers or coordinators are also encouraged to apply.

Persons with service co-ordination experience in similar trade industries are encouraged to apply.

Professional presentation, a professional attitude and great communication skills are essential.

A willingness to develop your skills in a dynamic and fast paced environment to develop into an integral team member is absolutely vital.

The successful applicant will be a customer service professional with excellent time management. Ideally the candidate will be outgoing & personable as customer interactions are a high priority.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Administration experience in dynamic fast paced workplaces.

• A minimum of 2 years experience is required.

• Sales, negotiating and conflict resolution skills will be highly regarded.

• IT and Computer Literacy essential Intermediate level IT and computer literacy including proficiency with MS office required.

• Ability to understand and meet KPI's.

• Ability to communicate efficiently with a broad range of people.

• Superior phone call handling.

• Fast and Accurate data entry skills.

• Knowledge of motor vehicle and mechanics would be and advantage, willingness to develop your knowledge is essential.

• Ability to meet and exceed customer and manufacturer expectations.

• Cash Handling experience is required.

• Current valid driver's licence required.
