Business Development Manager – Construction Industry

We are a growing company specializing in aluminum windows, doors, and curtain wall systems across residential and commercial projects in the ACT region.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and secure new projects within the construction sector. The role involves developing client relationships and expanding our presence in curtain wall and façade projects.

You will work closely with builders, developers, and contractors, managing opportunities from initial contact through to contract execution.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities

• Build strong relationships with builders, developers, and contractors

• Promote curtain wall and façade solutions

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation

• Work with internal teams to support project delivery

• Travel as required to meet clients and attend project sites

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the construction industry

• Experience in curtain wall / façade systems highly regarded

• Proven business development or sales experience

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to travel as required

• Valid driver’s license
