Videographer & Content Creator

Oz Canopies & 4x4 is looking for a senior videographer who can take long-form YouTube and short-form social content from blank page to published, without hand-holding.

This is not a junior role and not a “support the producer” role. You will ideate, film, edit, package and post industry-standard long-form YouTube videos and short-form Reels/Shorts/TikToks end-to-end. You own the process.

What you will actually do

• Develop concepts, shoot, edit and publish long-form YouTube videos that hold attention past the 10–15 minute mark.

• Create and post short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) on a regular daily cadence.

• Travel with the team on interstate 4WD trips (multi-day, regional, on-location filming).

• Attend and film at weekend trade shows as required.

• Handle the full pipeline: story development, filming (primary and secondary camera), editing, titles, thumbnails, packaging and upload — all to a high commercial standard.

• Work on-site full-time from our South Windsor NSW 2756 base.

You need to be

• Proven at producing complete long-form YouTube / unscripted / branded content from concept through to final delivery, plus high-volume short-form.

• Strong on YouTube mechanics: retention, packaging, titles, thumbnails and what actually keeps people watching.

• A clear storyteller who can find the narrative in product, builds, trips and real-world use.

• Comfortable operating independently on shoots and in the edit suite — you do not need a director or senior producer standing over you.

• Willing and able to travel interstate for 4WD trips and work weekends at trade shows.

• Based in or prepared to work full-time on-site in South Windsor NSW 2756.

• Preferably someone who already understands or is genuinely interested in 4WDing, camping or the outdoor lifestyle (it shows in the work).

The deal

• $95,000 – $120,000 + super (industry-leading for the role, based on experience).

• Full-time, on-site role at South Windsor NSW 2756.

• Real ownership of the content you produce.

• Travel for interstate 4WD trips and weekend trade-show work is part of the job.
