Due to rapid growth and expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Assistant to join the White Fox family based at our stunning office in Rosebery.

Key Responsibilities

Support the creation and management of product listings, including descriptions, tagging, content, and e-commerce imagesMaintain and merchandise products across multiple storefronts (AU, US, UK)Manage on-site search functionality to ensure products are easily discoverable and optimise search performanceWork closely with the creative and graphics teams to brief, update, and maintain site and app content across all regionsMaintain all product imagery and videos, ensuring they are on-brand and highlight the products perfectlyCollaborate with buyers to manage the workflow from stock arrivals to online publication and merchandisingWork with the wider e-commerce team on collection launches, making sure banners, products, and all site updates go live smoothlyCoordinate with buyers and the design team to organise samples efficientlyAssist in creating new website categories and update existing collections with new stylesWork closely with the e-commerce team and web developers to maintain and enhance AU, UK, and US websitesHelp identify and resolve friction points in the customer journey to improve UXAssist in troubleshooting site issues, test new features, and ensure smooth site operation

Requirements

Any eCommerce platform experience is desirable but not essentialTertiary qualification in Marketing,Communications, PR, Digital Marketing (or similar) is desirable but not essentialStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA willingness and ability to learn fast and a commitment to continuous learning andprofessional developmentHigh attention to detailAbility to prioritise workloads to meet deadlinesAbility to work well both within a team and autonomously
