About the role

As a Child and Family Practitioner within the Strengthening stream, you will play a vital role in providing early support to children, young people and families facing vulnerability and complex life circumstances. Working within an integrated family support framework, you will connect with families early to enhance their strengths, confidence and capacity, helping to address challenges before they escalate.
In this rewarding role, you will support families to achieve sustainable, positive outcomes through strengths-based practice, proactive engagement, evidence-informed approaches and coordinated case management. You will work alongside families to identify concerns, build on existing strengths, promote safe and nurturing environments, and connect them with services and community resources that support long-term wellbeing and resilience.
