About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Rodd & Gunn, a leading premium menswear brand, as the Store Manager for our Myer Liverpool business. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.

What you'll be doing

• Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, and financial performance

• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing retail team

• Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth

• Ensure the store maintains a high level of visual merchandising and product presentation

• Monitor and analyse store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement

• Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to support the overall business objectives

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to build strong relationships with customers

• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving financial targets

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual merchandising and store presentation

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with retail industry best practices and trends
