Front Office Receptionist

The Quest Kelvin Grove, is a 4.5-star property located in Kelvin Grove, Brisbane, we are currently seeking a Casual Guest Services Assistant to join our team.

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front office (preferred but not essential). Experience with sales would also be attractive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures

• Handle reservations and booking enquiries

• Process payments and maintain accurate records

• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management teams

• Assist with room inspections to ensure rooms meet hotel standards

• Help monitor and manage inventory and supplies

• Ensure smooth front desk operations during assigned shifts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel front desk or hospitality reception

• Familiar with hotel management systems (e.g. RMS or similar property management software)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Good computer skills and attention to detail

• Willingness to assist with room checks and inventory management when required

• Flexible availability
