TILT TRAY/DROP DECK/COURIER OPERATOR - MR/HR/HC LICENSE

About the role

EZI Towing & Transport is seeking an experienced and skilled Tilt Tray, Drop Deck or Courier vehicle Operator to join our team in Yatala, Queensland. This full-time role is responsible for operating our vehicles to provide efficient and reliable transport services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate and manoeuvre crane trucks and tilt tray vehicles to load, transport and unload a variety of goods and equipment

• Perform pre-operational checks and maintain vehicles in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Liaise with clients to understand their transport requirements and ensure timely and efficient delivery

• Comply with all relevant road rules, safety regulations and company policies

• Assist with general logistics duties as required using other vehicles within the fleet

What we're looking for

• Current Medium Rigid (MR), Heavy Rigid (HR) or Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating tilt tray's, Drop Decks or Courier vehicles

• Strong knowledge of load restraint methods and safe operation of lifting equipment

• Excellent driving and manoeuvring skills, with a focus on safety

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Hold a current yellow card or be willing to obtain

• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required - On-Call 1 weekend a month
