Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to clients while ensuring a clean and safe environment for their use.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all P3 Recovery clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the facility, including pool decks and recovery equipment
• Sell memberships and products to clients, offering guidance and support as needed
• Assist clients in utilising recovery equipment, ensuring proper usage and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete transactions using our systems
• Adhere to company policies and procedures related to customer service, safety, and security

About you

• First-Aid and CPR Certificate
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Strong experience in customer service and sales roles
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and manage a busy environment effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Available to work weekends and nights
