Admin/ Customer Care Consultant

We are an Australian owned national distributor of floral, gift and home decoration products looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Care Agent to join our team. As a Customer Care Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers

• Processing customer orders and providing order status updates

• Maintaining accurate customer records and order details

• Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field

• Excellent communication skills 

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Attention to detail

• Preferable 1 year of customer service experience
