BAR MANAGER

Full-Time Position | Tuesday – Saturday | $75,000 per annum

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our bar operations and team. You'll take ownership of the bar's day-to-day running, from drinks program and service standards to stock, staffing, and compliance — helping create a great experience for every guest.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Develop and maintain the drinks menu, including seasonal specials
• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Recruit, train, and roster a high-performing bar team
• Maintain compliance with RSA, licensing, and health & safety standards
• Monitor costs, wastage, and bar profitability
• Work closely with venue and kitchen management to align service standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager or senior bar supervisor
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and current bar trends
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Current RSA certification
• Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday, including evenings
