Our SA office is located on The Parade, Norwood — close to great coffee, food, and public transport.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people and thrives on achieving results.
Your day will include:

• Making outbound calls to connect with everyday Aussies

• Booking appointments for our experienced in-home consultants

• Clearly explaining who we are and how we help

• Building rapport and ensuring every conversation leaves a positive impression

• Learning and mastering our call centre scripts and systems

• Weekly roster (6 days a week):
  - Monday to Thursday 3:00pm till 8:00pm
  - Friday 9:30am till 2:30pm
  - Saturday 9:30 am till 2:30pm
  - No Sundays
