We're looking for a Junior or Experienced Google Ads Account Manager to join our growing team based in McGraths Hill, NSW.

No experience? That's completely fine.

We'll teach you everything from the ground up, including how we build, optimise and scale Google Ads campaigns for businesses across Australia. As your skills develop, you'll begin managing your own portfolio of clients while working alongside an experienced team that's committed to helping you succeed.

This is a full-time, in-office position with genuine long-term career opportunities in one of Australia's fastest-growing industries.

What You'll Learn

• Google Ads campaign creation and management

• Keyword research and campaign structure

• Bid strategies and optimisation

• Conversion tracking and reporting

• Search term analysis

• Client communication and account management

• Our proven Google Ads systems and strategies

What You'll Be Doing

• Learning how to manage Google Ads campaigns

• Working with real Australian businesses

• Optimising campaigns to improve performance

• Preparing reports and recommendations

• Speaking with clients via phone, email and Google Meet

• Building and managing your own portfolio of clients over time
