Automotive Business manager

Toowong Automotive Group Pty Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Manager to join our team in Toowong, QLD.

In this full-time role, you will work closely with our sales team to help customers through the finance and insurance process, achieve monthly targets, and deliver a great customer experience. You will play a key role in driving results, supporting the team, and contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability

• Manage and oversee all financial aspects of the dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Analyse sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Supervise and motivate a team of sales, finance, and customer service professionals

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

• Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners

• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the Craig Burgess Motor Group

What we're looking for

• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and analyse financial data

• Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels

• Demonstrable problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
